1. Introduction
Welcome to Date Night Delivered! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Services
We offer a variety of date night boxes that include different activities and items for couples to enjoy together. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
To order a date night box, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your payment details. We accept payment via credit/debit cards (All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway Yoco) and EFT. Please note the funds must reflect in our account when paying via EFT before we will dispatch the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our date boxes to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping, however we aim to ensure our chosen courier partner will never let you down!. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
5. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for our date night boxes. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product when delivered, please take a picture of the damage/defective product and email the refund request to us for processing.
6. Sale of Liquor
Under the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18, or liqueur chocolates if you are under the age of 16. Date Night Delivered is committed to upholding both their legal and social obligations as a distributor of intoxicating liquor. To achieve this we have a number of control checks throughout the purchase and physical distribution process (e.g. requesting your date of birth when our customers register with us).

7. Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel your monthly subscription fee, there will be no penalties payable - However we do need a 15-day notice period for the cancellation to ensure we do not process your payment and order for that month.
Subscription Parcels are delivered mid-month, so we will need your written confirmation of the cancellation prior to the end of the previous month to ensure you do not get billed again.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
