1. What is a date night box?
A date box is a curated box of activities and items designed for couples to enjoy together. Each box includes a variety of fun and romantic activities, as well as items such as drinks, snacks, candles, and games.

2. How does it work?
Simply choose a date night box that you like, place your order, and wait for it to arrive at your doorstep. Each box includes instructions and most of the materials you will need to enjoy the activities. Any additional requirements  are listed in the Product Description when you place your order.

3. How often are the date boxes updated/contents changed?
We change the contents of the date night boxes regularly, so feel free to  re-order your favourite date night box theme, if you enjoyed it!

4. Can I customise my date night box?

Absolutely! Please fill in the form under the Custom Boxes tab on our website with your requirements are and how we can assist in creating your unique and customised date night box.

5. How much does a date night box cost?
Our date boxes have a range of prices depending on the contents and activities included. Prices start at R350.00 per box (Excluding shipping).

6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in South Africa.

If you require Express Delivery, it can be arranged if the order is placed before 10am that day - Please allow 1-2 Business Days for this.

Local Deliveries within 15km of Burgundy Estate, Cape Town has a lead time of 1-2 Business Days. 

Collection is also available in Burgundy Estate, Cape Town.

7. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with details and images of the defect in order for us to process a refund or credit note.

8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
